ABOUT ME

I’m Jessica Penzias, a Professional Coach with a background as an award-winning playwright and Broadway producer. I hold a certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and a degree in creative writing and theatre arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

In my coaching practice, I help clients from all backgrounds identify their goals and pursue them unabashedly. I support professionals as they develop a sense of daily purpose in their work lives, breaking down large ambitions into concrete next steps.

I developed my practice and philosophy in partnership with Metronome Consulting, a top leadership development firm based out of NYC.

Over the course of three, six, or twelve months, we’ll explore goals, measure progress, agree on homework, and re-calibrate together.

I operate through practical, research-driven frameworks and believe that a good coach can act as the sounding board, thought partner, and mirror we all need to do our best work.
